HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RESERVATION?

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. The minimum time required is 30-40 MINUTES. The more time you allow us to plan for your pick up, the better we will be able to make sure that all your needs are taken care of.

ARE ALL FARES FULLY INCLUSIVE, OR WILL I BE ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY BY MY DRIVER?

All fares are inclusive except TIPS/GRATITUDE, you can tip the driver if you like him/her which is optional but everything else is inclusive. 

VOUCHER BASED DISCOUNTED EACH TIME USE DEAL FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

When your company designates GwinnettLimo.com as a provider of your personnel transportation system, discounted voucher based each time use is possible.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

Payment is made with debit or credit card online.  We have flat rate fees to your destination, and this allows you to make an advanced payment online.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All cancellations may be made at any time with no consequences up to 24 hours prior to your arrival by calling our 678-644-8282 number or by sending us an email to happylimo77@gmail.com.
